Workout Wednesday: Burst Training
Join us for a high intensity workout led by Dr. Utash. It’s only 12 minutes and it will leave you sweating. All athletic levels are welcome and encouraged to come. Spots are limited to the first 15 people, so please sign up at the office or by emailing us at: email@example.com.
The Welcome Workshop aims to arm the newest patients in our community and their families with the knowledge they need to make sound decisions regarding their health, while also encouraging them to be proactive about their health naturally. Dr. Utash will review spinal exercises and answer any questions. Dinner is provided, so please be sure to RSVP at 520-797-6683.
Shoulder & Knee Prevention and Recovery Workshop
Learn some great tools to improve your shoulder and knee mobility. These tips will not only improve your performance, but also prevent injuries from occurring. Dr. Utash will give you some simple, yet vital tools to keep those aches and pains at bay so that you can continue living your life to the fullest. You'll need a partner for this workshop, so be sure to bring a friend or your spouse.
